Refund and Returns Policy

At PowerShifter (https://www.powershifter.in), we deal in automotive accessories, performance parts, and car modification products. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. No Return Policy
    • PowerShifter does not accept return requests once an order has been delivered.
    • We do not offer refunds, cancellations after dispatch, or exchanges based on change of mind, wrong selection, or compatibility issues.
    • All products are sold as final sale items.

  1. Replacement Policy (Only in Special Cases)

We only offer replacement, and that too under strict conditions.

A replacement request will be accepted only if:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND
• The customer provides proper and complete proof as mentioned below.

  1. Mandatory Proof Requirement (Very Important)

For any replacement claim, the customer must provide:
• A clear, uncut, and continuous video of the package from opening to full inspection
• The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package
• The shipping label
• The product inside the box
• The issue/damage/defect clearly visible

⚠️ No video = No replacement
⚠️ Edited, cut, blurred, or unclear videos will not be accepted.

  1. Time Limit for Replacement Claims
    • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered, regardless of the issue.

  1. Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement will NOT be provided in the following situations:
• Installation damage or improper handling
• Wrong product ordered by the customer
• Compatibility issues with the vehicle
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor color, finish, or design variations
• Product installed, used, or tampered with

  1. Inspection & Approval
    • All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the PowerShifter team.
    • Once the proof is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be dispatched.
    • Refunds will not be issued in any case.

  1. Shipping & Logistics
    • Replacement shipping will be processed only after claim approval.
    • PowerShifter reserves the right to choose the shipping method and timeline.

  1. Final Authority

PowerShifter reserves the full right to accept or reject any replacement request.
All decisions made by PowerShifter management will be final and binding.
